Naruto Whirlpools: One of Tokushima’s most famous natural phenomena is the Naruto Whirlpools, located in the Naruto Strait between Awaji Island and Shikoku. These whirlpools are formed by tidal currents and can be observed from boats and observation decks, attracting visitors throughout the year.
